The chews have been a game changer for fueling my long runs. I have a 14 mile trail run coming up and looking to set a PR of under 2 hours. Also a 10 mile race in November on the remnants of an old train track, super sweet race at Tunnel Hill in Vienna, IL. I love the easiness of the chews and not to mention they taste really good.
